For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale.

The portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any).
