Holiday Return Policy & Shipping
The Holiday Return Policy is effective starting November 24, 2024.
We have an extended return policy for in-store & online purchases.
Items purchased between November 24, 2024 and December 24, 2024 may be returned or exchanged for store credit until January 11, 2025.
Final Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Items purchased prior to November 24, 2024 are not eligible for the Holiday Return Policy.
Item Condition: Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Items with makeup stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will not be accepted.Â
How You Will Receive Your Store Credit: The store credit total will be credited to a gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees. Please allow up to 14 business days for Compass Rose to receive and process your return.
No cash, credit, or debit card refunds will be issued unless there was a mistake on our behalf.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them!
If you received a damaged or defective item, please submit it in the return/exchange portal within 3 days of receiving the damaged item so we can rectify it for you right away.
If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper care/handling or incorrect sizing.
Color variation of merchandise due to computer monitor resolutions, lighting and photography lenses are not qualified as damaged.Â
Should you have received an incorrect item, please submit your claim in our return/exchange portal within 3 DAYS to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 3 days of receiving the incorrect item, it will no longer quality for a return or replacement.

Compass Rose Boutique has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met. If any returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted via email and the items will be returned to you at your expense.
Return Methods
You can return or exchange your online and in-store purchases at our brick-and-mortar location. Simply bring your qualifying merchandise to the store and we will gladly process your return for store credit or an exchange.
Items with tags removed will not be accepted.
A government-issued ID may be required for returns. This is solely for the purpose of preventing return abuse. Compass Rose Boutique does not sell any information obtained through this process.
If you purchased the Re:Do Free Unlimited Return for Store Credit or Exchange option at the original time of checkout for this order, there is no additional cost to ship your return back to us within the 14 day return window. You will be able to submit a return for store credit or exchange and receive a prepaid shipping label through our our returns & exchanges portal.
If you did not purchase this option with your order, you will use the same portal, but a $7 shipping fee will be deducted from your store credit to cover the cost of your shipping label.
**Purchasing re:do with a FINAL SALE item does not make the item eligible for a return.**
Return/Exchange shipment labels expire 7 days from when you receive them in your email inbox. Please ship your items back during the time frame as a replacement will not be issued.
When we receive your return, you will receive an email to the email address associated with the original order including the gift card and details of the transaction. Please allow up to 14 business days for Compass Rose Boutique to receive and process your return. All shipping costs are non-refundable.Â
If you would like to avoid Compass Rose Boutique's return shipping charge or are located outside of the U.S., you may send your package back on your own via an insured/trackable method to:

Please be sure to include the order number and email address for the store credit to be issued to you within the package.
For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our returns and exchanges portal. This portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any).  We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package is received. You will receive a new email with the tracking number for your exchange when it is shipped.
We highly recommended purchasing Re:Do at checkout!
If your order doesn't work out the way you hoped, this allows you free returns for store credit and exchanges.
*Our return policy still applies when you purchase Re:Do and Final Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Didn’t checkout with Re:Do? You will still return through the return portal, receiving a return shipping label for $7, which will be deducted from your store credit.
All sale items, gift cards, earrings, hats, hair accessories, bodysuits, intimates, hosiery, sunglasses and adhesive bras are FINAL SALE.
