In order to give you a better customer experience, on June 18th 2024 we switched to Shopify. If you have a gift card that was issued prior to that date, we will need your full gift card number to reactivate it. (We are so sorry for this inconvenience, there was no way around this issue and we'll be better able to better serve you in the long run).

If you are looking to redeem your gift card in-store, no action is necessary and we will reactivate your card at checkout.

It is very rare that we restock items as they are often discontinued by the supplier once they reach our store. From time to time, we try to restock popular items, but depending on supply, can’t always make that happen.

If an item is listed as out of stock online, it is also out of stock in store (and vice versa). We have an intelligent inventory tracking system that refreshes with every purchase. Items in your online cart are unable to be held for this reason.

Unfortunately we are also unable to order individual pieces from our vendors. If we are sold out of an item then it is out of stock.

All sale and discounted items, earrings, intimates, gift cards, and adhesive bras are final sale.These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

They currently do not expire.

To be honest, coupons and sales are few and far between as we strive to bring you the best possible price the first time around. We aren't here to play pricing games.
