We know you are anxious to receive your deliveries and we pride ourselves in shipping orders as quickly as possible.

However, we are not a shipping service and cannot guarantee delivery dates.
The time frames listed below are estimates provided by the shipping providers and are not guaranteed.

All orders placed by 12pm EST generally ship the same day as the order is placed but will otherwise ship within 1-2 business days.
*Orders are not shipped on Sunday, Monday, or on National Holidays.

All orders are shipped directly from our brick and mortar store in York, PA.

The shipping method you select during checkout will determine how fast your order arrives to you. At CRB, we pride ourselves on your orders leaving our store and coming to you extremely quickly regardless of which shipping option you choose.

Compass Rose Boutique is not responsible for lost packages. The customer is responsible to correspond with the shipping carrier for assistance.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

You may select the option to pick your item up in our store location. This is free and the order can be picked up during our normal store business hours.
You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready for pickup. You have 14 days from the time you are emailed that your order is ready for pickup to return (for store credit) or exchange these items. After this time period, the order becomes final sale.

FAQs

I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER.

Once orders have shipped, they are unable to be cancelled. Please follow the return instructions to return any unwanted items.

In-Store pickup orders may be adjusted at anytime within the return date window.

MY IN-STORE PICK UP ORDER SAYS 'PROCESSING' - WHEN WILL IT BE READY FOR PICKUP?

You will receive a ready for pickup email at which point your order is available to pick up and your order status will update from Processing to Ready to Pickup

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER HAS SHIPPED?

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS or UPS as soon as your item has shipped.

I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER OR SHIPPING CONFIRMATIONS.

First double check your spam filter to ensure that your order updates did not get caught in spam. Second, we recommend whitelisting shopcompassrose@gmail.com to ensure you receive all of your order email updates.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO PICK UP MY ORDER IN STORE?

Orders not picked up after 30 days will be donated to charity.
