We have an extended Holiday Return Policy for In-store and Online purchases.

Items purchased between November 24, 2025 and December 24, 2025 may be returned or exchanged for store credit until January 10, 2026.

Item Condition: Items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Items with makeup stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will not be accepted.

• Orders $75+ (pre-tax) qualify for free ground shipping.
• Orders that do not qualify for free shipping will incur a flat rate shipping fee of $7.
• Orders placed prior to 12pm EST on business days are normally shipped the same day.
• Orders placed after 12pm EST are normally shipped the following business day.
• Orders placed after 12pm EST on Saturday will not ship until Tuesday.
  We do not ship on Sundays or Mondays.

If you do not absolutely love your purchase, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from possession of your order. 

For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale.

For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our returns & exchanges portal. The portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any).  We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package shows movement using the prepaid return label.
