For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue store credit for the value of any approved merchandise within 14 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 14 day period, the items become final sale.
Returned items must be in NEW condition with original tags attached and cannot be worn, washed or altered. Items with makeup stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell or stains of any kind will not be accepted.

For exchanges of the same or different item, please visit our returns & exchanges portal. The portal will allow you to select a new size or color of your original item or a different item and pay the difference (if there is any). We will ship out the newly selected item once the return package shows movement using the prepaid return label.
