It's 4th of July week, the true peak of summer. That means fireworks, family BBQ's, and lazy days by the water, whether that be the pool, lake, or beach.
This year I plan to spend my Fourth by the pool, so I'll be donning a large sun hat & comfy cover-up over my swimsuit. I love the festive tie-dye of this romper and the two front pockets.
A pair of tie-dye shorts & oversized button-up is also a perfect combo to throw on over a suit. Bonus points for the elastic waistband in the shorts because I love indulging in BBQ foods.
Grilling outside feels nostalgic and is also a go-to for our Fourth of July plans. I've been cultivating a pretty substantial herb garden this summer, so I'm hoping to perfect my mojito recipe for the holiday. For a backyard cookout, my choice would be a casual, yet comfy look. The red cropped tank styled with a pair of denim shorts would be a perfect combo to stay cool in the summer heat. You can also dress the tank up with long denim or white denim if you'll be going out to eat!
