Will you be restocking this item?

It is very rare that we restock items as they are often discontinued by the supplier once they reach our store. From time to time, we try to restock popular items, but depending on supply, can’t always make that happen. Contact us at shopcompassrose@gmail.com and we will check our store for your desired item. If that item is not available, we will make a note to notify you if and when the item is restocked.

Who makes this item?

We work with designers all over the country in order to bring you the latest, trendy, runway-inspired looks at affordable prices. Many of our items are proudly made in the USA, which is noted in the item’s description.

Which items are final sale?

All sale and discounted items, earrings, intimates, gift cards, and adhesive bras are final sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive a shipping confirmation as well as tracking information via email directly from UPS or USPS once your item has shipped. If you have not received these emails, check your junk inbox. If you still haven’t received them, contact us at shopcompassrose@gmail.com.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders are typically shipped same or next business day depending on the time the order was placed. Once you have received your shipping confirmation, your order cannot be cancelled. You may return or exchange the order by following our returns and exchanges policy.

Do you carry petite or plus size apparel?

Sizing is determined by the designers. The majority of our items are sized small, medium, and large. For sizing information, please refer to our sizing chart or the measurements listed within the description of each product.

How are the garments measured?

Measurements listed within the description of each product are specific to that item. They are taken with the item laid flat and measured across the front in inches. Most products are contemporary sizing and in general a small is equivalent to a 2/4, medium 6, large 8/10.

Do you have any coupon codes available?

To stay in the loop about coupon codes, discounts, and other sales, sign up for our email list, and like us on Facebook or Instagram. We always post coupon codes or promotions in those locations first.

How do I use my online gift card for payment?

Enter the unique code listed on your e-card in the Gift Card Code entry at cart. This will apply your balance to your order. Please do not hesitate to contact us with additional questions.

How do I use my gift certificate or gift card for payment?

At this time, our online store operates on a separate platform from our in-store system. Gift cards purchased in store can only be redeemed in store, simply hand it to the cashier at checkout to utilize. Only e-gift cards purchased through our online store can be redeemed online. Once purchased, you will be given a code to enter at checkout. The same applies to exchange credit, if it was received in-store, it cannot be applied to online purchases. How long are gift cards or e-cards valid for?

Gift cards and e-gift cards currently do not expire.
